CQ-PAN's Policy on Creating World Wide Web Pages

The Rules and regulations specified in this document apply to all users of the CQ-PAN system with regard to the usage of the World Wide Web facility.

These rules comply and are an addition to the policies provided by CQ-PAN for acceptable usage of the CQ-PAN system.

Disclaimer:
The CQ-PAN system does not accept responsibility for materials which are not physically stored on the CQ-PAN server.

The CQ-PAN system does not accept any responsibility for the content of "Link" based material kept by members through their respective "Home Pages".

The CQ-PAN system will not accept responsibility for the unlawful publication of copyrighted material. Such that any legal action shall be taken up with the offending user.

Removal of material:
The CQ-PAN system reserves the right to remove any "questionable material" which is physically stored on the CQ-PAN server (without prior notice). The definition of "questionable material" will be at the discretion of the World Wide Web administration or CQ-PAN administration personnel.

Content of Homepages:
Users are encouraged to take full advantage of the facility provided by the CQ-PAN system on the condition that the homepages are not used for any unlawful purpose. Links that exist on homepages must be appropriately labeled; if a link to offensive material is given a misleading title then administration members reserve the right to alter or remove that link.

The CQ-PAN system reserves the right to remove or refuse any material or accounts at any time (without prior notice) for the benefit of the system.

Acceptable content includes(But is not limited to):
Personal Resumes
Items offered for private sale
information of events, clubs, or other non profit organisations
calender information, schedules or similar logical data
Documentation on areas of interest
